1. Admin Role and Responsibilities

1.2 Admin's Authority: The Admin has the authority to intervene in transactions, offer guidance, negotiate on behalf of the User, and resolve disputes. The Admin will act as an intermediary and may impose fees for these services.

2.1 Deal Initiation: Deals shall only be considered initiated once the Admin confirms the terms with the User and all involved parties.
2.2 Deal Confirmation: Users will receive a formal confirmation of the deal, either electronically or through documentation, indicating the acceptance of terms.
2.3 Admin’s Discretion: The Admin reserves the right to reject or delay any deals based on non-compliance with Admin policies, improper documentation, or violation of these terms.

3.1 Payment Handling: Payment for deals managed through Admin must be processed according to the agreed terms. The Admin will act as a mediator for the payment flow between the User and service providers.
3.2 Admin Fees: The Admin may charge a service fee or transaction fee, which will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the deal confirmation.
3.3 Payment Deadlines: All payments must be made according to the deadlines agreed upon in the deal. Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in deal cancellation or additional fees.

4.1 Accurate Information: The User must provide accurate and complete information as required for the deal.
4.2 Compliance: The User agrees to abide by all terms related to the deal and cooperate fully with the Admin to facilitate the successful completion of the deal.
4.3 No Unauthorized Modifications: The User is prohibited from modifying or altering deal terms without written consent from the Admin.

5.1 Admin’s Limitation of Liability: The Admin will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party actions or unforeseen events during the execution of the deal.
