3. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must deposit a security amount equal to the deal amount before the transaction.
• Any attempt to bypass OBS's security features may result in account suspension.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of the products or accounts they are selling.
• OBS does not tolerate the sale of illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized products.
• Transactions should be conducted only through OBS’s secure system.
• Sellers should not engage in fraudulent activities, such as misrepresenting products.

5. Transaction and Security Deposit

• All transactions must be conducted within the OBS platform to ensure security.
• Buyers must deposit a security amount equal to the deal value before finalizing any transaction.
• If the buyer does not complete the payment, their security deposit will be forfeited.
• Sellers will receive payments only after transaction completion and verification.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting product details.
• Using OBS for illegal activities, including money laundering or scams.
• Attempting to complete transactions outside of OBS to bypass security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users.

7. Refund & Dispute Policy

• Refunds are only processed if a transaction fails due to platform-related issues.
• If a buyer does not receive the purchased item, they may file a dispute within 48 hours.
• OBS will review all disputes and make a decision based on the evidence provided.
• OBS's decision in dispute cases is final, and users must comply with the outcome.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• OBS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
• Users found violating terms will receive warnings before account action is taken.
• Severe violations, such as scams, may lead to immediate account termination.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• OBS is committed to protecting user data and follows strict security protocols.
• Personal data is collected only for transaction verification and account security.
• OBS does not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including logos, trademarks, and website material, is owned by OBS.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute OBS content without permission.

11. Service Availability

• OBS strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
